Here's a new wrinkle. The MIR is being paid out only if you have a Venmo account, which you must provide on the rebate form. No prepaid card like every other MIR uses.

No, but I have lost gift cards a lot because they aren't as important. Gift cards are mostly tied to one place that I don't have an immediate thing to buy.

I'd rather have Venmo than a gift card or visa debit card
