No, but you could use them in Access Point mode. Wire one to your existing router and use the other two wirelessly.

I got this last year around Christmas time for about the same price and it was they were in like new condition. They provide great coverage and speed and I've had zero issues with them, if the internet goes out it has always been my provider's fault. Highly recommend them.
It's Wi-Fi 5 not 6

I already have a 3 pack but need more range. Can these be added to my existing deco to extend the range?

This, or the TP-Link Wi-Fi 6 Mesh AX1800 2-pack? I picked up the later for $45 few months ago and now can't decide.

I had these for two months. I got so frustrated with them dropping my devices everytime i moved from one place to another that I just sent them back. Support had me upgrade firmware but working with them was not the best experience either as they are in China and were delayed in responses as a result.

Others love them. Maybe i got a dud.

I purchased these for $130 months ago and they are only OK in my opinion. Coverage is great and ease of setup is straight forward, but they are EXTREMELY limited in the available settings of what you can adjust and it has to all be done through a phone. For your grandparents these are great, but for anyone that wants router settings like any other router steer far away. If you have a NAS and not a static IP, run.

There is a web interface as well as the phone app.

The web interface is completely useless. It has even less settings than the app.
