Missing a few that we use and with no extra jars, it would still be nice to know how the 5 years of free refills actually works. Since it sounds more like bait to buy and see, I would imagine the shipping cost is more than if you just purchased at store.... but maybe not.

Yes, it said to read the included packaging that was the hint that 'each' replacement would include a handling/shipping charge. But, it sounded good.

Having said that, I never actually ordered a refill, so maybe they send you a giant bag equivalent to ten jars or something, but I doubt it.
