Eufy has 3 plans:

1. self monitor - free
2. Basic - you get a notification on you app and hit the emergency button, they call dispatch - $5/month or $50 per year
3. 24/7 monitoring and dispatch - $10 per month or $100 per year

Amazon Ring has 2 plan:

1. self monitor - free
2. 24/7 monitoring and dispatch - $20 per month or $200 per year per location

Good find, lowest price I could find anywhere.... limited time sale. Looks like newegg is having some pretty good daily sales on their Eufy products.

This brand seems to be up and coming lot cheaper than ring. Nice if they start tying in CCTV with the systems.

Looking to get one of these. So the keypad will disarm the sensors? How accurate are they? Thank you!

what? . . .

a sensor sends information to the pad about what it is sensing. the pad is the brain.

what? . . .
are we looking at the same product?
There is a keypad. The keypad says it can disarm the sensors... So I am just verifying if that is possible because I wouldn't want my phone to keep buzzing every time the door opens when I am home.

As for the accuracy, I am referring to the motion sensors. How accurate are they in detecting any motion or false positives?

Where are you seeing the sensors on sale at? On NewEgg I only see them for $30

that is written for folks who don't understand the technology. what they are telling you is that you can tell the system to ignore the sensor reading. so if you have to open/close the door many times the system will ignore that per your instruction.

PIR motion sensor technology is mature and is used by most household security systems. if you want to learn more about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMnQmDgPCUg

So just say yes.... lmao. If you understood the technology, then you shouldn't have made the erroneous statement you made earlier.

Note that the indoor cameras do not connect to the homebase. Eufy promised they would eventually add support, but they stopped responding to questions about it a year ago.

Buy Eufy with the knowledge that they spend their development resources launching new products, not improving existing ones. However the device works on release day is likely as good as it will ever be.
