Just got 2750$ offer for 77" from GT...
I think I read on another post that someone got it recently for $2599 on GT?
Can anyone confirm..whats the lowest GT offered recently on 77" size?
GT's "Now" price is $2749 for the 77A80J. I kind of doubt the $2599 price unless it was military or something. Maybe a 77 C1? That's currently also $2749 on GT "Now." Heh, getting off topic, but they have the 77A1 for $2375, so I'm not sure what was $2599.
If you do shop with GT, you can use paypal and if you have a 5% chase card you'll get 5% of the first $1500 ($75 back... in points that you can redeem for cash back on your statement or other stuff that is maybe worth more than $75 if you play enough games, buy travel stuff, etc.).

What is GT?
We aren't allowed to say the name directly and links are auto-blocked, but imagine the color you get mixing yellow and blue for the first word and then the wiggly bits at the end of your foot for the second word. It's a middleman for authorized dealers to sell TVs and other things below the MSRP without violating the "you can't advertise below retail price" rules of Sony, LG, and other companies. Follow the links over on AVS[avsforum.com] for the latest buy now prices on the Sony OLEDs. For the A80J 55/65/77 it's currently 1499/1649/2749.

Thanks, very helpful! those are pretty good buy now prices compared to current retail. I will try to make an offer below the buy now price and see how that goes

Well nobody accepted my offer. I got countered for $1649 which was the buy it now price lol. I will wait to see what deals Black Friday brings.
I am honestly torn between this and the LG C1, just because I am not a fan of the Google TV OS and more intrusiveness. I want to use my Roku anyways...
