RDS certified. 650 fill. Won't be particularly warm, probably best for fall and spring or under a shell. Maybe good down to low 30s with low activity.

I like my cirruslite it is similar spec. With shell and pullover fleece, I can bike commute in subzero.

Good enough for the southern cold weather no need to go beyond the 650 in my opinion
