Audible isn't working for me. Looks like they too went the spotify way - if you've EVER had a free trial, you can't have any other free trial anymore EVER. Earlier it used to reset every 6-12 months.

The Audible offer specifically says you must be a new Audible user. You'd have to create a new Audible account to take advantage of this (which, obviously, is a pain in the butt).
