I'm just going to throw this out there to save yalls some headaches. Sylvania really sh*t the bed with their smart+ line. First their older bulbs would stop turning on, so many owners had to warranty them to get working ones. Then the newest versions now also stop responding to commands. You can Google up a bunch of complaints all over Reddit, smartthings forums, etc. As an owner of them, I'd stay away.
I bought these, they're absolutely atrocious. We bought four boxes of them.
1. They're dim. They're fine in a small office or bedroom, but not good in a living room if it's a primary light source
2. They randomly decide to no longer connect with Alexa. At some point they just give up, at which point you're stuck flicking the switch on and off until it resets the bulb (5x).
3. There are two Sylvania apps. One is for Wi-Fi and one is for these (Bluetooth).
The color is cool and they were nice when they were paired, but these are just going to be backup bulbs and I'm going to stick with Wi-Fi bulbs from this point on
I bought a handful of these as well as BR30 floods last time they had em on sale. Look new (hence the like new) and worked just fine in the three bulbs I've installed so far.

I just got the br30 version of these. They didn't work on my dimmer switch. But the worked great on regular on/off switches.
The work better than LIFX bulbs when turning them back on after you accidentally turn them off via the switch.
The colors seem nicer on lifx... but for this price, I don't care.

Bought a bunch 2 weeks ago when they were this price. All of them work, colors are vivid, but are very very dim. I would equate the light output of the colors to a 20w bulb. Disappointed in the brightness, but otherwise they are good.
