I bought a Logitech M720 Triathalon instead and love it for regular office stuff. $40 at Staples and Amazon. Fits my hand better, more ergonomic. Easily pairs to 3 devices. Battery lasts longer than these gaming-focused mice. No lag. Happy I chose it over a gaming style mouse like this one when I was shopping about a year ago. But again, I'm not gaming. It's the midrange cheaper version to the MX Master 3 but I love it for the price. Zero complaints.

Nice mouse. I have one I use with my gaming laptop. Works well for that purpose- it's small, light, and has a place inside the mouse to stow the dongle. It's basic feature wise... has two side buttons, a single dps toggle in the middle, and no rgb or hyperscroll. That's not a bad thing though since all that would add weight. Tracks accurately and works well on different surfaces. Doesnt really keep up with my main mouse (basilisk ultimate) but it's $30 and cant really be beat for that price.

Fakes are on the rise on Amazon & Newegg. Especially when you try to buy Grizzly Kryonaut sauce.
