This seems to be the going price for this at all places now.

Costco one is 2020 model. I have been comparing the two and seems like the processor is the only real difference.

This model doesn't have stand 70" apart so it would fit on most stands, and I wouldn't have to get a new extra long one. Some of those cost nearly as much as the TV. Of course this would be a non-issue if you are going to wall mount it

I believe that this is the newer model and has the newer processor than the UN9070. The Costco UN9070 is similar to the UN8570 with just a few more very minor additions according to what I could find.

Why is deal not getting more attention? The $1,400 deal for this TV for just Georgia and Florida got a ton on attention in the other thread. Is this TV not a good deal at $100 more?

I assume that UN9070 is a cost down version that is built for Black Friday sale. Because it just came out the right time for BF, and pricing even cheaper than UN8770.

It's not out just for BF. my local Costco was clearing out its last display unit already. If you look up review
