I am a long term user of QC20 and was looking for an upgrade with this one. But I was told QC Earbuds has a severe audio delay issue and switching devices is awful. Will test it out and decide if I will return it.

The tax will push it above the threshold to quality. All AmEx looks at for the credit is the total amount, they don't see a breakdown of cost.
