Been shopping for a PC controller. I know these aren't fully supported, but I'm guessing enough people use them that there are workarounds to issues. Also, the possibility of using the gyro on PC FPS games is tempting.

FYI, these work fine on switch. My dog recently chewed up my cheap 3rd party switch controller. I remembered I have the 8bitdo USB (bought on SD years ago for cheap) and pulled my PS4 controller I use on PC for the my switch as I play through Metroid dread. Works like a charm.

Don't own a playstation, but this is good as a dedicated X-Cloud controller for iOS and Mac? Yes, I can get an xbox controller, but they are typically more expensive.

That's to be expected at Gamestop. They've been selling used items as new for years. The common trick is to just price match elsewhere to get your new item.

I don't know why they do this shady business. I went and purchased a PS4 game from them awhile back and they gave me one without shrink wrap. I asked them how come this isn't sealed and they said it was their last copy but it's new SMH. It also had a sticker on the box. Very suspicious business behavior.

Honestly you can score an xbox controller for $50 bucks and they work great with windows for the most part from my experience with ps4 controllers you had to use 3rd party software. I would just pay the 10 bucks extra.
