As a pre-workout? Trash.
I would only buy this for the caffeine I need when I wake up 1st thing in the morning and want to get my cardio in but don't need a "pump" from L-Citrulline to open up the blood vessels.

My pre-workouts are Derek's Gorilla Mode or Doucette's HTLT.
If it uses Citrulline Malate vs L-Citrulline, it's trash.
Use the "real stuff" not that garbage malate.
Malate = cut garbage
L-Citrulline = pure uncut

I want at least 6 - 9 grams of L-Citrulline for maximum efficacy
Toss in 180mg - 300mg caffeine and other ingredients for an awesome pump
Yes if only they put DMAA back ….remember Jack3d?
This is a crap pre. It has a 4.9g proprietary blend with creatine being the biggest component of it.

Great price if you want the creatine…I switched to C4 Ripped which (sort of ironically) has fewer ingredients but costs most.

If I'm taking creatine, I like it as a standalone and not randomly tossed into my PWO as a selling point. Sometimes I'm training for a race and don't want the water weight (or the amazing crunchy texture!)

I really miss original Jack3d. I've tried this C4 stuff before and found it didn't do much for me.

Picked up the ripped version, it does not give a great kick but for people who just want a little kick to get out of the house it should do the trick, not to mention good for first timers. Arctic Snow cone was $12ish out the door after tax for me.

I should get this and go to work out and dump it on my head and the equipment.

Never tried Pre-Kaged, but the Sport isn't bad as far as flavor and you'll get a 'buzz'. I only go with C4 when it's cheap though, as there are downsides (it quickly clumps up into small balls in the container despite the presence of an anti-moisture packet; there will be a grainy powder at the bottom of your shaker no matter how much you shake it).

Just watch a David Goggins video before you workout.

Thanks for the heads up. I think I'll stick with Pre-Kaged for now then. Repped.
