If card issued directly by AMEX, I don't think offer will ever be available in the normal Offers section when signed in to the official AMEX website or app.

Oddly enough, my wife, who is an authorized user on my account, gets all these good deals and I get crap. It's just all junk, 50 offers for wine, offers to expensive ass stores that I've never heard of, etc. At least she's getting them on her card, but man do their offers suck lately.
Amex has quickly gone from some of the best offers to the absolute worst.
But no, this deal isn't on my Blue Cash Preferred. I've used a similar deal in the past at small businesses.
