This sucks. I was all excited because when they did this last year I sued it all 5 times (or it may have even been 10 times you could do it then, I forget...) and it came in EVRY handy because this great bbq place charges barely over $10 for a pound of pork and this Asian restaurant charges barely over $10 for this good shrimp fried rice.

But alas... not available on my card. Frown Only thing similar is $10 off $20 black business one, but none of these restaurants are black owned and plus 50% off not nearly as good as close to 100% off.

Not that I know of. Maybe it takes more time to show, but who knows. Just make sure you clear room for new offers on your card (I think it caps at 100).

I got this offer in Propel Amex... I did activated the offer in wells fargo... Do i have to click "add to card" and fill out details on americanexpress site?

I didn't know this was a thing. I had to activate 187 crap offers that I'll never use to finally stop the available list from filling back to 100 on refresh. Silly web mechanic imo

Based on previous experience (missing the days when we can use twitter/multi-tab to add amex offers to all card), as long as we can add the offer to the card, Amex will not prevent us from getting the cash back. Also usually the credit is added within a few days not 90d or 8 weeks (but when a credit is missing, then the cs will tell you to wait for 8 weeks)

The 90 day statement period is a little exaggerated... all my credits usually show up within a week. Offer worked fine on my AMEX Propel.

For cards issued by AMEX, it appears they're doing a separate shop small promotion instead that is "Shop black owned brands for the holidays at Showfields." spend $20 get $15 back.
