When they first started the program with (I think) $25 back, one can use it numerous times at the same location. Not sure if the rules have change since this was more than 10 years ago.

I received an email from Wells Fargo propel after 24 hours that I earned it. I don't see the credit online though. It may take a week like someone said here.

I entered my card info and it says based on the card. I can enroll in my Amex account. I click to go there and it gives me an error.

Yes, you can. From my experience, I ordered a pizza from small business that is in the list . The promo was spent $5 and get $5. I ordered from this pizza place for all my 5 times. Got $5 back each time. It should work.
