Regular price is $59. When it was $43 it was listed as a front page deal. I don't understand trying to post deals on this site.
Because majority of slick dealers here are gamers and will ONLY buy first party title for $40 or less. Deal like this do show up here from time to time through out the year ie MAR10, E3, franchise anniversary, BF in July, Month long BF deal counts as holiday sale but no guarantee of $40 price point. $45 is not uncommon as well.
I do admit that deal like this particular game and MK8 are known to be rare so $40 has happened as the benchmark therefore normal price
