I have this when it was on SD with 3060 and 500W power supply. Good gaming PC after installing Vetroo V5 cpu cooler no more throttling. Runs quiet. 4 ram slots, upgraded to 32gb 3200mhz dimms but they run at 2933 mhz.

This build makes sense if it has a good PSU or a replaceable one so you can add your own dgpu later. Otherwise, it seems overkill and you're better off getting the cheaper Dell in Costco.
