I bought this chair. Product is so so, rattles and squeaks. CS was awesome, sent me a new base assembly with the hydraulic tower complete. Works much better now but comfort and support on the seat backrest is lacking.

No, this model (UN55655-CCS) retails for ~$350 based on my Google search. The UN55655-CC (no "S") retails for $450+

Been waiting on the OfficePro 9000 to go on sale, but I decided to jump on this. Free returns within 14 days. From what I hear, Office Depot gives you a hard time returning furniture.

Bought the workpro 9000 on Amazon for 370 after tax, the price went up they were sending the mesh bottom vs fabric by mistake. It's up to 399 now probably with the correct chair aka the fabric bottom

The only different in the description is that the CCS has width adjustable arms, but that's likely just an oversight, and they both have it.

Based on pictures, you can see the seat material is different. CC has a stitched faux leather cover, and CCS is more of a breathable cloth

This is definitely not a $500 chair. It looks like it's priced right. Shill deal. Look at the steel case leap V2 if you want a real office chair. You can find them used for under 200 locally. Best investment for your back and bum
