no way, its still online!. the car meets still populate.
The Online tabs have been disabled. A bunch of us were FH2 regulars up until it went offline. We've posted on Twitter and the Forza forums but no response. I can't expect that they will provide server resources forever with new versions coming out.
Better get all the DLC you want ASAP. because just like all other FORZA games Microsoft stops supporting it soon as then next generation version life cycle nears it's end.
Example Forza Horizon 3 is no longer supported and all DLC has been removed from the online store.
While Forza Horizon 5 is bout to release Forza Horizon 4 will soon lose support and it's DLC will be locked.
If you own the game you will still be able to play but all DLC will not be able to be purchased.
This is something I really think Microsoft is wrong about..
It's not MS. It's how the manufacturers license cars. FH4 will disappear after 4 years too.
FH2 has been offline for months now. So you can only race the AI. Maybe they'll reset it or maybe they'll let it die, who knows. The roads are great. It's a classic for sure.
FH2 is my all-time favorite. I don't care for online interactions with anyone so I couldn't care less that it's offline. I wish there was a way to permanently disable any online interaction on the newer games.
