I would jump on this if I could. My dad is a Vietnam vet; might have to create an account for him.

I just picked one up on Tuesday from Fort Lewis/McChord. It's a screaming good deal. With prices stuck at $3700 plus tax, this is a no brainer. I didn't put the post up then because they were sold out that same day. But now it's live again. Jump while you can!

So if I click on "Find a Store" and there is one located nearby, does that mean they might have this in stock, or did you purchase online and just have it shipped or picked up there?

Help me understand what makes this TV the best OLED.. Is it Sony's video processing? Looking on RTINGS and comparing it w/ my LG C9, seems as though SDR/HDR brightness is essentially the same, with it slightly brighter on the C9. From what I can tell, that's what many were saying is so great about the a90j was the brightness that Sony could achieve.

edit: after some research, it seems it's Sony's video processing is what sets it apart

It was in stock for me. Went down and picked it up and hauled it home.

No VRR on this TV which makes it less desirable compared to LG when gaming

The A90J is a big step up in terms of brightness, motion, and clarity.

If you are military/vet, this is a good price on the 65" A90J. For everyone else, hopefully it's a clue that Sony is finally going to lower their warehouse price. It has had the same bloated $3800 MSRP for over six months with little to no movement in the street price (~$3000) either.
