walgreens.com also charges tax on diabetes supplies while no local store and no other online retailer ever charge tax on diabetes supplies.

is anyone else impacted by this supposed system error that's been going on since yesterday when trying to redeemd walgreens cash. I've chatted, talked on the phone, etc. and each branch of the company says something different is going on. Tried multiple browsers on two different computers, the app... same error. 2 of the 4 reps i've spoken with say it's a known issue... but it feels like just me.
