Just my opinion but razor qc is garbage. Half the stuff I've bought either didn't work or stopped working, or has problems like frequent disconnects.

I had some bad experience with this mouse. The mouse will "lag" with most of my computers. That is there will be short periods of time (less than 1 sec) that it does not send any information to computer. It happens every five to ten minutes. After trying out all suggestions by support and no success, I contacted seller and got a replacement. Still the exact same issue.

It might just be a compatibility issue. However I don't have the same issue with most other mouse, some with similar performance characteristics like Logitech's G PRO Wireless. I do have issue with Logitech's PRO X Superlight though, but it is not the same issue.

Also, the forced installation of Razer Synapse is annoying.

Seems to be an issue for a few people based on some reddit posts. Try different USB ports and see if it happens on all of them. Front, back, USB 2.0, USB 3.0.

You can trust me tried everything. On at least 3 of my computers, fundamentally different configuration (laptop, desktop of different CPU vendor, vastly different component vendors), tried all solutions including all ports and with or without a USB hub, all have the same issue.

I found and bought the black variant at Walmart for the same price last week. I think this might be the new MSRP.

Yeah, that's no bueno. Is there a software that is common among all of your PCs that might intervene with this? I guess it could be also possible (though highly improbable) that you got 2 lemons in a row. I'm sure its happened to others before.

I just got mine and this is by far the best mouse I've ever used. Goodbye G203/305. Hope you get yours sorted out. gl

Yeah I really like this mouse for its specs and shape. Very light, stable, all good things. Too bad it did not work.
I suspect it is some sort of local interference but I never was able to identify it. It is definitely not software because I've reinstalled Windows on one computer and the issue is the same. There's an extended list of things I've tried.

I recently bought a wired Viper Mini, and it was fascinating until it had an issue with scrolling one week after. I was thinking about jumping on this, but above comment deters me.

I had the same problem when I plugged it in next to the HyperX dongle. Moving it to the front fixed the problem.

No mouse 🖱 should force you to install software if you don't want to.

Bought the mouse for a dual portable setup, and it's basically my daily driver.

No issues with connections. Might be a little small in some hands, but decently light and very responsive, even on Bluetooth.

BT is BT though, don't expect miracles. Will this work for single player games and non-twitch games, beautifully. At medium sensitivity, I can't see any lack of tracking on Android or Windows. At the higher settings, or just really fast movements, you'll outpoll the mouse.

This is a GREAT portable mouse for a solid, even handsome piece of tech that can easily swap between BT and 2.4Ghz.

Wish I got it for this price!
