My Best Wifi tracks that AND it curates it by device. I love that feature because I can look for offending devices if there are any unnecessarily sucking up the internet service.

Nice, that sounds great! A quick Google search did not help much. Is this an in line device/appliance or app or firmware?

There's definitely nicer out there, but I highly recommend TP-Link for lots of people that don't have the budget for higher end hardware like Unifi.

And I second this. I do set up networks for a living, and I actually prefer the Deco line, even over Unifi. I actually ended up selling my own personal EdgeRouterX and all of my Unifi LR APs and buying the Deco line instead after testing them.

Interesting. I started having the same issues recently with the same router - also flashed. I wonder if they're truly at the end of their product life cycle because I've been blaming AT&T for the issues I've been experiencing. I'll be moving into a slightly larger home next year and debating if I should pick up a mesh system now to bring along to the next home even though I may not need it today necessarily (same sqft as you basically around 14/1500)

So i got this tp-link deco M3 system, but there is only 1 ethernet port on this, i want more than 1 ethernet port to connect to my wired devices like raspberry pi,
any ideas how this can be done

Use the pi's wifi instead? Get a cheap switch?

Picked up the Deco x68 with the additional $30 off coupon and $15 off with Amex offer.

My internet package won't reach the advertised speeds but at least it will be future proof if I decided to upgrade my internet service

I went with Asus RT_AC86U and very happy with it, very good coverage and much faster boot up time than the RT-AC1900. If you use Merlin then it's very straight forward to update.
I also enabled the VPN server on the router so that I can check my security camera and it's super fast to connect to home.

So for about $200 you got that. The two pack Nest Wifi is $169. How would you compare the x68 with Next Wifi? Just curious on your take and decision.
