Planning to use them to maintain my goal of making sure all smart functions in my home have physical/non-smart methods of operation. Also to monitor temps throughout the home for thermostat regulation.

I've wanted stuff like this for the longest time, but now that I see esp32 chips for $3, I now can't bring myself to pay $5 for an off the shelf product...
