I see they're running exclusive deals for the new flagship Tustin location.
They also have GPUs at MSRP prices in that location only. (Seen on JayzTwoCents video).
This is really frustrating since MicroCenter doesn't even have that many locations as is. There's no reason why you shouldn't be able to get this deal matched at a different location but good luck with that.

I would keep trying with different reps in the online chat. The first person I spoke to wouldn't price match but the second one would no problem

Thank you, got one today, but they don't have z490 or z590 on sale. Most of the motherboards in store are expensive than Newegg even with the $20 off.
