If you'll primarily use it for drilling/hammer drilling then Fuel is the way to go, if you're like me and use it most often for screws then I've found the lower torque range non-Fuel to be preferable. The Fuel's lowest setting is too much sometimes

Fuel version of drill has e-clutch. I have no need to a drill with an e-clutch. The way they implemented it, It might as well have no clutch.
