This is a great deal. I got in on this for the same price last year except they offered the Flashpoint R2 Mark II 2.4 GHz TTL Wireless Flash Trigger.

I would wait to see if the 600 Pro R2 TTL version (with quicker recycle time) to go on sale. I've been watching this for the last 2-3 years and the sales comes around now. The Pro kit version will come with the C-stand and the softbox if you need it. I got it last year for $729 plus $20 for the Flashpoint R2 Mark II 2.4 GHz TTL Wireless Flash Trigger.

This or two of Studio 400 https://www.adorama.com/fplfs400b.html ?
Mostly for indoor use, so battery doesn't matter much in my case.

I have 3 of these and love them. Great value + power for what you pay. The only problem is that sometimes they don't work. I've been on several work shoots with these where my subjects are waiting, watching me struggle with getting the strobes to trigger. Usually removing the batteries and popping them back in will fix it but still a stressful situation to be in.

Two is better than one. 600ws is a lot of power for indoor use, unless you are shooting medium or large format film.

Unfortunately I don't have this offer otherwise I would buy another one just to have an extra battery and bulb. I did have the $75 off on the B&H deal recently.

Go for this. I have 1 of these and just ordered 2 more. They're powerful and amazing. Keep in mind that these are non-TTL.

Try scanning with triggers then pick the channel. Set to 30m instead of 100. Also one thing I noticed it stops responding in outdoor summer temps. Check that too

Are 2 of these enough for an indoor 15x15 studio with 9ft ceilings? Or is a 3rd needed? Got two of the 37 octagonal diffusers as well.

Edit: these are for my wife, she shoots outdoor sessions but primarily indoor is where she's looking for more light.

I see the ad400 pro is ~500, are the recycling times on the pro accurate? She's doing infant/kid photos in studio so capturing the moment is important, but don't know that she'd need to be full power with 2 of the ad600s.

Seriously consider getting the remote head kit, these are heavy.
