List price is $169.00. Looks like this has recently been $99.00 at stores like Lowe's (SD deal link) as well. I posted this deal when the price was $99.00 on Amazon last week, but it has now been reduced further to $87.04.

Note that this thermostat requires a C wire. (how to find out if you have a C wire: https://www.honeywellhome.com/us/...t-a-c-wire)

Installation tutorial video available on YouTube [youtube.com].

Not a major thing (perhaps), but the thermostat pictured in this post is actually the Sensi touch, not the Honeywell

Whoops! Thanks for the heads up on that. Strangely enough, that was the first image SD showed me when I entered the URL, so I thought it was correct. Uploaded the correct image.

Doesn't appear so. I find 0 results on Google that say it does, and no one mentions UWP in any of the 10,000+ reviews on Amazon. The product page [honeywellstore.com] on Honeywell's website also doesn't mention UWP. This installation tutorial video [youtu.be] shows what the backplate for this thermostat looks like.

seems it is eligible for Domian Energy Rebate in VA and NC. But when I checked the Dominion website, it mentions that to be eligible you must have Electric heating and AC. I have AC which of course work on Electricity but heating is Gas based. Thoughts on rebate eligibility? Would they even know if I dont have Electric heating?

No way they would know unless they are checking Zillow or something for every submission. Also systems that are gas may have electric "dual fuel".

I have this, which I paid only shipping from the local utility. Offer long gone.

The only plus, is that you can schedule your fan in circulation mode. Remote works by registering with honeywell. Works with Smartthings.

My previous Honeywell wifi tstat would lose connection every so often. No problems with this one staying connected.

Like Mr_H mentioned, the price has gone even lower than the $99 last week. It is currently sitting at $87.04, if anyone is still interested. I installed this unit yesterday, and it worked perfectly the first time for both heating and cooling with my heat pump. Hasn't disconnected at all, that I can tell. App works great, touchscreen works great. No complaints so far.
