After the free 30 day trial, and 4 months at $3.99, the price goes back up to $10.99 per month. I did not see any stipulations about new or returning customers.

No. You have to subscribe thru YTTV. I HATE that you can't subscribe thru the streaming services main hub and watch across multiple apps. It's stupid.
