As I was considering it at $25, getting it for less than $17 was a no-brainer. Redeemed via iTunes and got it in 4k!
This was posted at $33.99 for 4k on Google Play a few weeks back.
FYI - The redemption sheet did say "Codes may not be valid after 12/4/2020" but I didn't have any issues.
