You did it wrong. Wait 4 months until your current Ultimate sub expires, and then Google for the correct way of doing the conversion. Hint: I answered it in the sentence before this one.

I got Xbox Game Pass for PC 3 months for $1. I upgraded to Ultimate for $14 probably because I've had it before. My next billing date is 3/27/22. I also had a few weeks of Xbox Live Gold on my account that also got converted over. Still not a bad deal.
