Hit or miss. This is my go to for psoriasis but can still cause irritation. Just try one bottle before you stock up.

They are both really good hand creams. I just buy whichever is cheaper between the two. However the working hands in the tub is grittier than the tube version.

Nice find, My hands always crack in the winter months. This works great! Before people comment that the first ingredient is water, the product is an emulsion, which is a suspension of the other ingredients in a water base. If you put straight glycerine or oil on your hands, it would be pretty messy. Having a water base dilutes the other ingredients and helps it absorb into your skin better.
Edit: The coupon for S&S seems to be working again and again. Bought two for me and two for my daugher at school at discount.

This is my favorite lotion. It absorbs really well and doesn't leave a greasy residue on my hands.

This is by far the best lotion that I've used. Not too greasy and smells nice too!

Really good lotion, it's like Working Hands but without the wonky tub.

That all said this is a very small tube of hand cream. It's not going to last more than a month. This deal is just a ploy to rope people into a subscription where the price will be jacked back up in December onward.

True, but I would also say that the density is worth it. I used a pea-sized amount and it's equivalent to two full squirts from most hand lotions. In other words, not great for large coverage, but awesome for hands and feet. And the small size makes it good for travel.

Ordered these last time and they are now my favorite lotion, but they are really small. Just ordered the 20oz from Amazon for $10. Actually cheaper per ounce if you don't need the portability.

FYI the bigger bottle stuff is not the same as the hand cream. It a little thicker and takes more time to dry/absorb but the scent is simular. Both work fine on my hands and I prefer the big bottle for the price per oz.

Interesting that you notice a difference because I compared the ingredients and they are exactly the same; no differences at all.

Bless your Heart - I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL TO YOU FOR THIS!!! The creams are FANTASTIC AND TRULY AWESOME … but extremely expensive - and the family sized versions are LESS THAN HALF AS EXPENSIVE!!!

The ingredient list on amazon is not accurate. For example, the hand cream has niacinamide, whereas the lotion has some kind of retinol.
