Got these in bulk last year and gave them away to coworkers, in-laws, family, anyone on the street. They are horrible. Waxy and off-putting. I had to apologize to family that I gifted them to. I wrapped them without tasting any. Felt guilty for a bit and tried to pass them to friend's chocolate loving kids but they wouldn't touch them either.

What crap. These are a great value for the money, far higher quality than other boxed chocolates that always pop up around Christmas. If you and everyone you know has such fancy taste, then maybe you shouldn't have bought $8/pound chocolate.

I don't think they are coming down this year, they didnt come down pre-Christmas in 2020 either. Last time I posted for $8 was a 2 for $16 deal in Nov 2019. And from what I can tell, it looks like this $10 is their Black Friday price based on the ad. Because of these factors, I decided to post. I am not always right, but I try my best

Limited individual flavors sold for less than $10 after Christmas yearly, but, if buying these as a gift, waiting might not be an option. They might run a Macys Money event, however. Again though, its definitely not something I can predict

Frango was posted quite a bit last year, although I believe the price might have been $8.00, but maybe not.

Good to know, but I'm not a prospective purchaser. Thanks for your efforts. Repped.

Agreed... If I'm going to eat and/or gift chocolate, I choose the highest quality which to me is European.
Im on the west coast and our family loves See's candy over the European brands.

Be careful if you're giving this as a gift.

The recipient's first impression will be 'Wow, xxxx sent me chocolates'.

Then they'll turn the box over, look at the ingredient list, and start to question if you care about them at all.

Show them you care... don't send them junk ingredients.
I only cook my friends wagyu beef imported from Japan. They wouldn't be my friends anymore if I only used Choice. #myfriendsarecool

I feel sorry for you. :/
