I picked this title up in BB this week. Now with all of these postings I'm thinking maybe I should return it if the movie is that bad.
It's really not. It gets tons of hate, but it's probably my second favorite in the franchise after the first. None of these are *great* movies, but 2, 3, and 4 have significantly worse pacing problems. This one stays engaging the whole way through and is a genuinely fun popcorn movie.

I think they were aiming for the drama part of the movie. Same goes for Bumblebee (it really didn't do anything until the end) and a lot of people seems to really like it. I thought Bumblebee was boring... pretty much E.T. with cars.
Yeah, I don't get the appeal of Bumblebee, it was a snoozefest.

I agree, this one is the second best of the franchise, next to the original. Some thought actually went into the story of this one.

Not bad at all. I've read that disc ray quality far surpasses streaming quality when it comes to UHD, I wonder how true that is.
That's not uncommon for UHD BD. Some movies won't even deliver dolbyvision on the streamed version, but do on the discs.

No it's about that time Optimus Prime went to a Marky Mark concert.

I think I hated the 4th one the most. This movie was atleast Ok to watch. As others have mentioned before, the visuals in the movie is whats great about the movie.

Umm, the original transformers were plastic, not diecast. And this is from someone that just sold an original Megatron.
Die cast and plastic. I recall my Astrotrain triple changer and original Jazz Porsche 935 had some metal on it.

Correct, some of the pins and joints were metal but the majority of the toys were plastic. They weren't like old school Hot Wheels, which only had plastic wheels and small detailed bits made out of plastic (like the mirrors).

Guessing no one is buying movies on CD since that doesn't exist Smilie. However, if you meant DVD, Blu-ray, or UHD Blu-ray, I am guessing those who like the best video quality and sound available, those who do not have internet or access to streaming services, or those who have limits on their internet usage.
