When I choose ATT 13Pro its says $300 + upto $1000 tradeIn? I thought we will get only $250 gift card for trade-in. Can anyone please confirm.

Order online, shipped to home, just put the sim card from old to new phone, nothing special needed to activate, all can be done at home, gift cards were emailed.
I rememeber one time we waited for GC's for like 10 days, I didn't open the phones till we got the GC's !!

I got the iphone 13 (256GB) in the color I want. Funny thing happened when I was asked to view the contract. It brought up the name of someone that lived in North Miami, FL 33161 buying iphone 12 PRO MAX. I took a screen shot. Got their name and phone number.


That's is complete BS there is a glitch like this. I closed it and went to the other agreements. Then I opened it and it was my contract. Should I mail something to this lady to let her know her information was displayed by Walmart or delete it?

The gift card icon of $300 does show up and in the end. Wish me luck. After phone arrives, I will go into the AT&T store and do the trade in.

Yea its a joke doesn't let you add to your cart just times out. Then goes back out of stock.

Now the gold one in my cart says out of stock too. I guess I'll have to hope they come back again later. Maybe with a later delivery date that is better for me.

Maybe should have signed up for Walmart+

Do I need to pay off the existing devices to upgrade to new phone ? I'm on elite plan and current EIP is in progress And getting credits. If I pay off, credits will stop.

I'm getting message 'you should pay off the remaining balance'
