comparing this to the more affordable version below it

2760 does everything except have an ethernet port. If you don't care about the 5 page difference in PPM (page per minute printed) than I would go with 2760.

Granted you are getting 3 Black ink bottles with the 3760..I still don't see that paying for itself at $280 just for an ethernet port and 5 more PPM..

Ill be waiting for a sale on the 2760. Not 2 black ink bottles, but still have an extra and these last a long time. I saw a previous post that the 2760 goes on sale for $220. Thats $80 in savings or almost 2 full ink Epson ink kits to match the sale price $280 of 3760.

Unfortunately these both do not fax and you'll have to get the 4760, which is also not different besides the fax capability.

They really made 3 different models based on Ethernet port and Fax..

No Ethernet Port - #2760 $220 (Costco Sale after 11/20?)
-> Ethernet Port - #3760 $280 (Costco Sale Current)
-> Ethernet Port + Fax - #4760 $330 (BF sale at Target 11/28-30)

Comparison for all 3 Units https://www.costco.com/ComparePro...31,1383193

I'm just gonna wait for the 2760 sale.
I'd avoid this since my last Epson Ecotank printer (and all other Epson inkjets) get clogged heads frequently, requiring "cleaning" which is pushing through lots of ink through, wasting ink, your time and paper. The Canons and Brothers megatank printers I've tried have no such clogging problems.
As someone who owns this model I wanted to offer a simple suggestion and my thoughts.

Mine is hooked to a PC - and that PC stays on constantly as my media server. I setup a print job that prints a color test page every 3 days. This way all the colors get used, the ink stays fresh in the tubes, and nothing gets clogged.

I did this with task scheduler.

The printer was installed 6/2020. It has been printing a test page every 3 days since then. We use it for regular print jobs once every week or two - but not terribly often. It currently has 75% of its ink left after the original fill.

There is zero delay printing - no cleaning of the jets or print heads or whatever - no spinning noises - none of the shit that used to drive me up the wall about my old cannon AIO. the best day of my like was throwing that old cannon away.

Works great for airprint as well. Never had an issue with the document feeder.

What's the return policy at Sam's Club for printers? Is it anytime like Costco or just 90 days?

Does this support AirPrint? I'm getting conflicting answers when researching.
I have this printer and I use it with AirPrint frequently.

My 2 Canon TS9120 that is sitting on the floor behind me, that have gone through 4 printer heads would argue with your "no such clogging problems" statement.

I pulled the trigger on this Epson when I happened to see it in store, it doesn't do nearly as good a job as the the Canon for photos but then again, in the last 3 years, I've really only printed a handful of photos!

RTINGS review looks good. https://www.rtings.com/printer/re...nk-et-3760
Main hesitation is if any color laser printer Black Friday deals come up for around the same price over the next week.
I'm doing the same but I don't care about color. Based on previous threads of inkjet printers, I'm making the switch from inkjet to laser.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Glad Costco makes it easy to price match to a new lower price.

That's not to say that the photos are bad, just not great.

Why would you buy it versus a color laser printer? I have $30 wireless scanner plus inkjet cannon printer and thought of upgrading to a laser color printer

Probably because you won't find an AIO color laser printer for anywhere near this price.

I own this printer and It's a great MFP for everything but photos. My last epson ecotank was B&W prints only and the ink lasted me about 18 months before I had to buy a $16 refill bottle. When I updated a few months ago to this printer, I gave the other away to a family member and it still works great.

My only other complaints are the screen is not a touch screen and when the printer is asleep the lighted power button is still bright. It would be nice to see an update to dim that light when the printer is sleeping
I agree about the power button brightness. My simple solution is putting a piece of black electrical tape over it

PrecisionCore 1S print head. This is the lowest quality PrecisionCore head. And slowest.

You really want 2S or better. Especially on an ink tank printer you plan to keep for years to come.

I will repeat what has already been said. I've had this printer for about a year and a half, and it has been mostly trouble free. Print quality is meh, but sufficient for our needs. Unfortunately, it still suffers the same problem as ever ink jet printer I have ever owned. If you do not use it regularly, the print heads will clog. Printing a small portion of text in red, green, and blue, once weekly is sufficient to avoid the problem. I do this with my weekly grocery shopping list, so we are not talking about allot of ink. The beauty here is the ink is sufficiently cheap that I don't feel guilty "wasting" it on keeping the ink jets unclogged. And if they do get clogged, once again, you aren't using incredibly expensive ink to unclog them. If you are looking for the best print quality or a super fast scanner, move along. If you occasionally need a color print and are tired of paying for expensive ink, this might be the printer you are looking for.

I purchased this off of Amazon last year and had to return it. I've seen people who own small sticker businesses recommend it, so I took the plunge. I use it to print stickers and cards, and the quality is so bad and grainy. I think it's great for people who use it for regular printing jobs. But if you're going to use it for high quality graphics, it's probably not the best choice. I stuck to my Canon.

We bought a similar model two years ago for over $300. My wife is a teacher and prints in color all the time for her pre-K classroom. Still has original ink tanks. Highly recommended. Initial cost is higher, but you'll save on ink in long run.
