Not a whole lot of reasons to buy a desktop with 11th-gen anymore. i5-12600 for $300 stomps this i7 (16-27% faster)

EDIT: ie build your own with the i5-12600 before buying something like this

Buying should be based on whether you think $1400 is justified when getting a LHR 3060 ti. I personally am not blown away by the price even tho its a sweet sweet card.
