The more we give to Amazon the less support B&M will be proactive in giving good deals and in turn, Amazon will be less reactive to match B&M deals (as another slickdealer in a different thread pointed out).
Dont get me wrong that promo is tempting, just personally cant pull the trigger for the reasons above.
Edit: approved. 200 gift card. Only a 5000 limit though.

ill just be using this at amazon for the 5% back anyway and paying the bill in full each month.

update: chatted with Amazon rep, no go, was told I can apply for a second card and get the bonus.
Edit: Checked after and saw I actually have a $35k limit, so I think it just reports $5k
