I'm not 100% sure that saving it secures it for you. I've saved other offers (not from Starbucks) and they remained on my account for several days. Given Starbucks' popularity, it might not last.

No, it is not secured, check out the past paypal offers and you will see people who saved the offer but waited to use it and it disappeared. I sent $5 GC to myself in a separate email. But I haven't received the eGC. If you received in your email, how long did it take?
