If you are a person who has trouble with hand numbness and have tried different gloves, seated positions, avoided certain roadways with rough surfaces, etc., or have tired of the jaring jolts to your underside delivered by unavoidable rough road surfaces, they might have something for you.
I use their stem and seatpost on my road bike and I have very much appreciated that it takes longer to reach the point of numbness to my hands and fingers, and soreness to my underside, than it did before. This seatpost's spring is adjustable and doesn't deliver a very bouncy or cruiser-casual like feel.
