Doordash opened more locations and is giving the promo to those that have a DashMart location nearby.
I have added a YMMV to the end of the post because most of us have not seen any of these locations. Yet, they are more like "ghost kitchen" with no signage or store front.
Some will qualify without even realizing they have a location nearby.

There is no requirement for an ID on alcohol orders. When you sign up for an account you click on the agreement for joining DoorDash, referencing to your "legal age" 🤔
As for the masks, I live in LA here many don't wear them 😬 I understand your frustration, but that is a DoorDash issue since the drivers are sent "specifications" on wearing masks.
