I have this and hate it. Had to pay shipping to send back a faulty item. The replacement is marginally better, but still buggy and sound quality is very inconsistent depending on the app.

Does anybody have one of these? Does it really does quiet loud commercials consistently?

Just got it, really nice for the price. It has arc, was louder and sounded better than my old Vizio. Not amazing but great for the price.

I'm not sure about "loud commercials" but I enjoy mine. My issues are that it lags sometimes which requires a reset and no Ethernet port.

One feature I wish they would include is just a straight analog input. It would be a great multipurpose soundbar if it had it. Bluetooth audio is laggy and overrides what you're playing currently

I got this at a similar price a few weeks ago. Great soundbar and it sounds better than the old Vizio I replaced, I just wish I could find a subwoofer to pair with it for less than $150.

i hav read that more than once over the past year.
someone buys it, they should buy it locally so any return would be easier.

Hey all, I just need a basic sound bar for parents to pair with a TCL TV. Don't know much about soundbars. Don't need anything fancy just something basic that's going to sound better than the built in tv speakers. Can someone recommend something or a deal? Thanks

wish these cheaper soundbars would include a $1 subwoofer output jack. how simple would that be??

I use my with volume leveling mode and it does keep loud commercials in check, as well as do a good job boosting the dialogue in movies while keeping the explosions from waking up the neighbors. The sound is really good for the size, but it's still a small soundbar. More bedroom or small living room sized. If you have a large room, it is probably not big enough for great sound.

You can add a subwoofer, but only the wireless Roku brand one.
