This TV works very well as a computer monitor. Supports 4:4:4 chroma for crispy text along with HDMI 2.0 for 60hz. A GT1030 can run 4k well.

Much better than meme ultrawides that cost twice as much for less screen space.

Hey just letting people know I have had this TV as a security camera monitor and picked it up for like $230 a year or two ago and have been very impressed. In today's overpriced TV market this is pretty decent.

I have an 65 inch 6 series for over 2 yr. I am happy with tlc.

I decided to buy this 4 series from Amazon. Wal-Mart has the same tv for 280 as a black Friday deal. The delivery date is next Monday.

Picked these up for $228 back in May for the guest rooms. Works just fine for that purpose.
PQ is good. Obviously not a top-tier TV, but good for the price.

Have also had older 5 series model as a computer monitor, works well, sleep function can be annoying does not turn back on with mouse/kb movement.

I don't think any TV will come back from sleep mode like a computer monitor. I use my TV remote to turn it on and off. I turn off any sleep functions related to the screen. Works great for my five year old 39" Seiki 4K. Once you start using a large 4K TV with your computer, you will not want to go back to anything with less resolution.
