Watching movies like this give me a headache....not because the movie itself but because my wife claims she does not want to watch the movie yet clearly does. Every time with a scifi movie such as this she keeps walking through the living room, clearly trying to pick up on the plot only to get frustrated and demand I summarize what is happening towards the very end of the film. I clearly recall 3/4's of the way through War for the Planet of the Apes her making me explain the plot over and over and over. Do you know how difficult it is to tell a story explaining why monkey group A is mad at Monkey group B and human group C is trying to aid one monkey group while Human group D is trying to kill both Monkey groups which causes Human group C and Human group D to fight and causes tension within the human - monkey alliance? Oh yeah, and I have to explain why the monkeys have guns and some can talk....lord have am having a PTSD moment!!!!
