This is the "2020 Lenovo" (with i3/8Gb, at $300 in 2020).

The worst part of this model is the fan, loud, and annoying. See BestBuy reviews.

Otherwise - decent hardware for the price, if only 2 cores ...

I bought a Staples version of this for $350, with the i3 4 core version. Love the hardware, hate the fan ...

Edit: The screen looks like proper IPS, so no worries there.
