So, this seems a little better than the other great Stadia Premiere Edition deal for $22. Spend $8+ more and get a free game. For example Red Dead Redemption 2, Madden 22 and Cyberpunk 2077 are all currently on sale for $30, Resident Evil Village as well if you are on the Pro trial. Details of the deal are in the link. Buy the games in the Stadia app.

I don't see how it's not, those are good AAA games and there's many other good ones. PUBG, Ark, Borderlands 3 Ultimate, AC Valhalla, Sekiro, FFVX, DQXI, Jedi Fallen Order, Life is Strange True Colors and Disco Elysium Final Cut are all $30-40.

Yes, they'll eventually send you a link/code to the Google store for the free Premiere Edition where you can use whatever shipping address you like I believe.
Also for anyone who doesn't know Stadia allows you to share any of your games, including the ones you have access to because of a Pro subscription/trial, with your "Google Family" of up to 5 people. It's a very nice feature. The only limit is each game can only be played on one account at a time.

They always say that and never actually charge for shipping.
The two times I used similar promotions the shipping was free, the Cyberpunk 2077 one and the $60+ promotion.
