A: Yes. Related to the above, as long as the purchase price for a game or bundle is $29.99 or above, you are eligible for the Stadia Premiere Edition offer. In other words, if the purchase price is $29.99 and you use the $10 coupon to bring the price to $19.99, you'll still be eligible for the offer.

Previously I had the same issue until I found out my GTV on 2.4G wifi only get 1x Mbps. The issue went away after switching to 5Ghz with stable internet speed 1xx Mbps.
