About this Game:
- Discover where the journey began: Experience the original brutal challenge, completely remade from the ground up. All presented in stunning visual quality with enhanced performance, this is the world of Boletaria as you have never seen it before.
- Become the Slayer of Demons: Venture to the northern kingdom of Boletaria – a once prosperous land of knights, now beset with unspeakable creatures and ravenous demons. Meet strange characters, unhinged and twisted by the world around them, and unravel the unsettling story of Demon's Souls.
- Master the arts of sorcery and war: Perfect and hone your skills in combat – know when to push forward and when to bide your time, as with each missed swing and careless mistake, you risk losing the very souls you've worked so hard to collect. The rewards for slaying the strongest foes are immense though, and death does not mean the end – it's just another state of being.
- Face the world's greatest warriors in PVP combat: With online* invasions adding to the danger of your quest. Or play cooperatively by summoning allies to aid in your fight against the demons.
- *Active PS Plus subscription required for online multiplayer.

Do you think Target will price match other retailers under there B2G1 free? I missed the Gamestop B2G1 free on new games yesterday.

Bought 2 copies of demon soles, price matched one copy of tales of arise for 39.99 to take advantage of b2g1!
Great game btw, if you are not easily discouraged, otherwise is a frustration machine.
If you think you can go and spam attack buttons go play devil may cry, god of war..
This is dark medieval tip-toe ballet in armor suit, worth it at retail price, but of course I'm waiting for the 25$ price tag.
Played it on the PS3 blew my mind.
For those wandering this is the predecessor for the Dark Souls, which were good, Demon Souls is Iconic though, true masterpiece for the average dungeon crawler nerd. I'd compare it to DOOM if you are into FPS games.

Early When you get to travel to different areas from the nexus, get the crescent falchion early in 4-1. That can be your primary melee for a while. Then find a bow and start upgrading it. Go back to 4-1 and kill the first boss there. You now have access to imo the easiest soul farming spot in the entire souls series. You should be golden from this and should make the game considerably easier to advance through. I wouldn't advise to play like this though because you're missing out on what the game was designed to be. You're supposed to die, learn from your mistakes, and become more proficient as you progress through the game.
This is also part of Amazon's buy 2 get 1 free promo so if there's any other games from that selection you're interested in that are also on sale, this deal can be pretty slick. Especially if you can do the promo of the Discover card extra 30% off if reward points are used.
Yesterday I got Tales of Arise on PS5 + 2 PS4 copies of power rangers battle for the grid super edition for $50 total. If I could do it today, I'd do this game (after reading your comments I'm sold on it), tales of arise and take the power rangers super edition for free.
