Corrected. I am removing my post because it applied to the SS series, not this deal which is the BN series.

This BN801 is NOT 1400 watts. It is 1200 watts. And for a '1200 watt' motor the base unit is suspiciously small, and even more suspiciously light.
Here is proof. This is the BN801 Manual on Ninja's web site:
https://support.ninjaki
Kohl's lie about the specs on their description pages on many Ninja products, intentionally or mistakenly I don't know, but there is no context for so mistakes being made. I went through a ton of loops to get a good price on what Kohls product page specs said was '1600 watt' Ninja blender. I looked up the manual and it was 1200 watts too. It base was also very small and light. I have not had a chance to use it yet. Very busy.
That said. There might still be good value (as a 1200 watt) system for this tiny price. Someone would have to try this blender to see if the small motor is efficient to get many jobs done well. It certainly will not be anything like a vitamix, but may be basically adequate, unlike 95+% of blenders bought from store shelves in the past.
Also, fair warning. the blades on Ninja food processors are brutally sharp. You will likely have 2-3 cuts on your hand with tear sized blood squirting out before you learn, if ever. Best to get knife cut resistant gloves for $5 and use them for 6-12 months until the blades naturally dull a bit.
....
Costco currently has the same model for $130-30=$100. The one at costco has a different model number that appears to be the same as BN801. At costco the box clearly shows it's 1200w. Ninja isn't lieing about the wattage, kohls is on their product page.
I looked up the manual for the costco version. If you click on it it leads to nothing. Probably because it's really the BN801 and they didn't see a point.
I picked up my order earlier today. Not Kohls that's incorrect. See image. I ordered right after 1am so I got the 129.99-10off50-30% total came to 89.54 with tax. I added some tek gear fleece that was also on sale to increase order to over 100 so I also got $30 kohls cash plus $5 kohls cash for in store pick up. I call it a win.
I figured it out. This Ninja Blender BN801 is one generation old, not the new version. The newest/current generation is the SS series. All of the wattage specs listed on Kohls web site for the newest/current SS Blenders are lies. Conversely, the specs appear accurate for the BN series.
The SS series new equivalent to this BN801 has false information about wattage on kohls web site.
The SS series blender I bought was listed as 1600 watts, and they delivered a 1200 watt version. It's no longer available on their site, but here's the link.

If you are buying the current version (SS series) blender from kohls online. Be sure to download the manual and see what the wattage really is. Apparently Kohls removed all of the SS series products from their website except one.
This deal is the BN line and is 1400 watts. So this deal is accurate.
